Get ready to hit the trails like a pro next year with Rowdy Ryder Academy’s "Winter Fit" small group fitness program. Designed specifically for mountain bikers, this program will run in 2 phases, focusing on strength and conditioning to improve balance, strength, power, endurance, and overall fitness on the bike to prepare riders for their best riding year yet! This is the Monday/Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm class. It will start on January 8th and end on February 28th. Cost: $320 for 16 sessions Phase 1 will run twice a week for 16 sessions in Jan-Feb to focus on recovery and addressing imbalances from the riding season as we head towards winter, focusing on building a good foundation of strength and mobility/flexibility. Phase 2 will begin in March, with the focus on further building strength and power to prep riders going into the riding season. Coach Tina is a licensed physical therapist and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. She will guide athletes through the program, providing personalized attention and expert advice every step of the way. Don't let winter slow you down – join us and get ready to crush your fitness goals! This class is open to all fitness levels and all exercises can be modified to provide appropriate challenge. Phase 1 and 2 programs will be held in the temporary garage gym. Note: there are no refunds for missed classes.
Personal training sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before session. If cancelation is made within 24 hours of session, you will not be refunded, nor rescheduled. There are no refunds or make up sessions for the "Winter Fit" group fitness program.
