BICP certified coach, physical therapist, CrossFit L1 trainer — and passionate mountain biker for over 25 years. Tina founded Rowdy Ryder Academy in 2023 to provide evidence-based, biomechanics-driven coaching to riders of every level.
Her background in physical therapy, fitness, and coaching means she doesn’t just teach skills—she helps riders understand their body, refine positioning, and build the strength, speed, and confidence to ride safely and with more enjoyment.
