Description

Head into 2026 STRONG & FIT with this "online" 8 week "Accountability Challenge" that starts on January 4th! Now that the new year is here, no more excuses! Time for a fresh start and make this the year you FINALLY find that confidence and strength that transfers over to on-bike performance, (or ski/snowboard, hiking, running, yoga, mom life, all of it!!) What is the challenge? 1) Perform 3 days per week strength training (program is provided by Coach Tina and can be tailored to the individual based on fitness level and equipment available. This will be emailed to you shortly after your registration is received.) 2) Tracking and meeting daily protein goals (tips, examples, macro set up help, and suggestions will be provided) 3) Walk 10k steps per day. What do I get? Access to a private FB group to chat with Tina, and other members to help hold each other accountable and share wins/struggles/ask questions, and to stay motivated and disciplined! Send request for Facebook group here after you're registered: https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1Bmcy5Kshj/ Document of sample proteins/easy ways to get in required protein amounts Accountability tracker sheet to help you track your progress and consistency NOTE- there are NO in-person or zoom meetings! We communicate via the Facebook page! Why should I do these things? Strength training is KEY to improving our overall fitness, strength and longevity, especially as we age! Ensuring an adequate daily protein intake is crucial for promoting physical and metabolic health in aging females, helping maintain an active, independent lifestyle. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a simple, low-impact way to improve physical and mental health. It helps with weight management, strengthens muscles and bones, boosts cardiovascular and immune health, and enhances mood and sleep, all contributing to a longer, healthier life.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Rowdy Ryder Academy is a one-woman show—every lesson, clinic, and event is personally scheduled, coached, and managed by me. Coordinating sessions, managing rosters, and preparing for each rider takes a great deal of time and behind-the-scenes effort. If you need to cancel your registration, the following policy applies: Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled clinic/lesson date will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee, and are also eligible for rescheduling at a later date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the clinic/lesson, or if you are a “no-show,” are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Weather Policy: Due to Colorado’s unpredictable weather, decisions about weather-related cancellations will only be made the day of the clinic- 5 hours prior to evening clinics, and 2 hours prior to morning clinics. Skills sessions held at RRA will still run in light rain, as long as no active thunderstorms or lightning are nearby and trail conditions are acceptable, if used during that clinic. If unsafe conditions require a cancellation, you will be offered a reschedule or credit. I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for the time and energy that goes into making every Rowdy Ryder Academy experience an awesome one!
