Interested in personal training but want a more affordable option? Workout with a friend or two to split the cost! Coach Tina is now offering personal training sessions at Rowdy Ryder Academy, held in a garage gym. These are 1 hour sessions, focused on any areas of weakness, specifically created to be functional for you to improve in daily life activities as well as mountain biking and other sports. Tina is available most times of the day for training sessions. Prices: $150/hr session 6 sessions- $720 (20% off) 12 sessions- $1,440 (30% off)
Cancellation Policy
Personal training sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before session. If cancelation is made within 24 hours of session, you will not be refunded, nor rescheduled. There are no refunds or make up sessions for the "Winter Fit" group fitness program.
