Summer Accountability Challenge !☀️💪 Starts: July 5th and runs for 8 Weeks Stay strong, active, and consistent this summer with our **8-Week Summer Accountability Challenge!** Whether you're looking to build strength, improve your nutrition, or simply create healthier habits, this challenge is designed to help you stay on track with the support of an encouraging community. **The Challenge** Each week you'll focus on three simple but powerful habits: 💪 Strength Train 3 Days Per Week A progressive strength program is provided by Coach Tina and can be tailored to your individual fitness level and the equipment you have available. 🥩 Meet Your Daily Protein Goal Learn simple strategies to increase your protein intake with sample meal ideas, snack suggestions, and easy ways to hit your daily target. 🚶 Prioritize Daily Movement Aim for an average of 10k steps per day (or 60 mins of "activity.") Whether it's a walk around the neighborhood, hiking, riding your bike, or simply staying active throughout the day, the goal is to create a consistent movement habit that supports your health and recovery. **What's Included** ✔️ An 8-week progressive strength training program designed by Coach Tina ✔️ Access to a private Facebook accountability group where you'll connect with Coach Tina and other participants to share wins, ask questions, stay motivated, and keep each other accountable ✔️ A protein guide with sample foods, meal ideas, and simple ways to meet your daily goal ✔️ An accountability tracker to monitor your daily habits and celebrate your consistency After registering, request to join the private Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/share/g/18sRs2ttqB/ **Why These Habits?** Small, consistent actions create lasting results. **Strength training** helps build muscle, improve bone density, increase confidence, and support a healthy, active lifestyle for years to come. **Eating enough protein** supports muscle recovery, strength gains, metabolism, and satiety, making it easier to fuel your body and feel your best. **Daily movement** improves cardiovascular health, supports weight management, boosts energy, reduces stress, improves sleep, and contributes to better overall physical and mental well-being. **Who Is This For?** Anyone looking for extra accountability, motivation, and a supportive community to help build healthier habits this summer. Cancellation Policy
Rowdy Ryder Academy is a one-woman show—every lesson, clinic, and event is personally scheduled, coached, and managed by me. Coordinating sessions, managing rosters, and preparing for each rider takes a great deal of time and behind-the-scenes effort. If you need to cancel your registration, the following policy applies: Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled clinic/lesson date will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee, and are also eligible for rescheduling at a later date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the clinic/lesson, or if you are a “no-show,” are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Weather Policy: Due to Colorado’s unpredictable weather, decisions about weather-related cancellations will only be made the day of the clinic- 5 hours prior to evening clinics, and 2 hours prior to morning clinics. Skills sessions held at RRA will still run in light rain, as long as no active thunderstorms or lightning are nearby and trail conditions are acceptable, if used during that clinic. If unsafe conditions require a cancellation, you will be offered a reschedule or credit.
